RXT RACING – STRICT NO RETURN / NO REFUND POLICY

At RXT RACING, all sales are final. By placing an order through our store, you agree to the following terms:

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, including but not limited to e-moto parts, e-bike components, accessories, or clothing. Please ensure you review product details, sizing, and compatibility before purchasing.

NO REFUNDS
All purchases are non-refundable. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

ORDER ACCURACY
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all order details—including product selection, sizing, fitment, and shipping address—are correct before completing the purchase.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo and video evidence. We will review the claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement of the same item. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
RXT RACING is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Any issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.

INSTALLATION & USE DISCLAIMER
RXT RACING is not responsible for any damage, injury, or issues caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification of products. Professional installation is strongly recommended for all performance parts.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
By purchasing from RXT RACING, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for any reason outlined in this policy. Any fraudulent disputes may result in permanent banning from our store and further action if necessary.

POLICY ACCEPTANCE
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no return, no refund policy in full.
